Phoenix R.I.S.E Programme

The Phoenix R.I.S.E Programme offers community based low impact exercise classes for people with many health problems and the elderly. We also offer Fitness and Nutrition help and advise and are currently running obesity transformation programmes. We are now contracted by Gateshead Council to run Smoking cessation sessions. We offer an at home stop smoking service for anyone that can not get to the Dr or Pharmacy.
