Happy to Help are providing reassuring support to hundreds of older people and people with disabilities in their own homes across Gateshead.

The community home help team, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, provides weekly or twice-weekly visits to look after the domestic tasks such as:-

  • Cleaning
  • Shopping
  • Prescription collection
  • Pension collection
  • Bill paying

Each customer chooses the tasks they’d like help with, leaving them in full control over their home care support package, with the freedom to change the tasks as and when they want to.

REOPENING DATES

Foundations Furniture is pleased to announce that our services will be reopening in June to support people in hardship to lead settled, comfortable home lives.

If the days seem longer and you feel you'd like a friendly chat, why not give the team here at Equal Arts a call?

We understand the importance of connection and are on hand to say hello and have a catch up. Our volunteers, used to supporting older people during our regular workshops, are only a phone call away.

We can arrange for one-to-one outdoor creative sessions for those who would find it beneficial.

Please get in touch on 0191 261 1619.
