I have been a Personal trainer for 5 years and a GP referral instructor for 2 years and I am now concentrating on coaching and training people who suffer from specific health conditions. Conditions like, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, COPD, osteoporosis and more. I am based at the PureGym on Jackson street in Gateshead and I am looking to widen my scope of clientele.
