How much time is involved?
Youthwatch meetings take place approximately every 6 weeks online. Where possible, meetings will be outside school / college / university hours. As a volunteer, you will be expected to attend and contribute to meeting discussions and work on the project topics decided upon by you and your fellow Youthwatch Volunteers.

Other information

• Parental consent will be required for 16 years and under to be involved in Youthwatch work and activities.
• All volunteers will undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service), the cost of this will be covered by Healthwatch Gateshead and Healthwatch Newcastle.

We are recruiting young people aged 16 to 25 to get involved with Young Healthwatch network 'Youthwatch'.

If you want to help shape health and social care services for young people in Gateshead and Newcastle we would love to hear from you!

We work on young projects to help improve health and care services in Gateshead, producing reports and recommendations.
