THE CLUB

This season we have 33 teams playing in our distinctive yellow and green colours, from Under-7 to Under-23's, a huge age-range of youth football with many multiple age group teams.  We are a totally voluntarily run and funded group and rely on the generosity of our members, their families, sponsors, charitable groups and donators to keep us in existence.

The future looks very good as we have taken on the responsibility of our facility and pitches at Watergate where a 35-Year Lease on an Asset Transfer has been obtained. Our Partnership with Emmanuel College is important to our future and we also look to build Partnership’s with other individuals and organisations as we move forward.  We have invested and developed our Watergate area and Clubhouse to include the magnificent Watergate Café, run by Sharon Johnson.

Being a part of a team and a Club is an important part of a young person's development. We are delighted to be able to give our members that opportunity, we hope that you will consider supporting us in any way possible as we develop.

SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FOOTBALL

We are a Charter Standard Community Club and all our Coaches are CRC (DBS) and Child Protection checked; all of them have at least the FA Level 1 Coaching qualification. We continue to hold our Charter Status standing.  One of the best run and structured Clubs in the area, we are proud of our success on the pitch, with many of our teams performing well. We have over 320 young people as members and are proud of what we have achieved.

WILDCATS AND GIRLS FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT

Wildcats is a joint initiative by The Football Association to inspire girls aged between 5-11 to be involved in football. Wildcats Girls’ Football Centres from The FA provide girls with regular opportunities to play football and take part in organised sessions in a fun and engaging environment. Over 1,400 centres have now been established nationwide.
