Eastwood Promoting Independance Centre

Eastwood offers assessment and intermediate care services to adults within the Gateshead area we are part of Gateshead Council and work alongside NHS to promote well being, enablement, recuperation and rehabilitation  Multi disciplinary team work together to enable people who require extra support from hospital environment or community  to become well again , improve health and  re learn skills to  be able to return home also to try and prevent hospital admissions.
