Companion at Home - Tyne and Wear

Companions can offer you support in the comfort of your own home, for up to three hours each week. If you need to do something around the house, be accompanied to the shops, or talk about how you're feeling, Marie Curie Companions will be right there alongside you.

They can also support you to take part in the activities you enjoy most, like cooking, playing card games and gardening. The service is entirely based around your needs. In certain areas, they can also support people in care homes.
