2 Way Tenancy Solutions CIC work with hard to reach residents/individuals who have failed to engage with services, be it housing, health and other support providers.

We find the problems and issues that underlie the presenting issues, such as rent arrears, benefits problems, health, budgeting and money management and address them.  This gives people the tools, knowledge and skills to help themselves in the future to avoid getting into debt and losing their home or health.

Our aim and objective is to prevent homelessness caused by the inability to pay rent by tenants and by a need to avoid an increase of rent arrears by landlords. Importantly we aim to work with clients to ensure they achieve their financial confidence.

We work in the North East Area covering, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Shields and South Tyneside.
